What is the typical delivery timeframe for my order?

Most orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email once your luggage is dispatched.

Does Nasher Miles offer a warranty on its products?

Yes, we offer a comprehensive international warranty on all our luggage bags. The duration varies by collection, typically ranging from 1 to 5 years against manufacturing defects.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange request through our portal, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across the country.

How do I set or reset the TSA lock on my suitcase?

Every Nasher Miles suitcase comes with a detailed instruction manual inside the mesh pocket. Generally, the default code is 0-0-0. You can reset it by pressing the reset button with a pen while scrolling to your new combination.

Are Nasher Miles products available for international shipping?

Currently, we primarily ship within India. However, we are expanding our reach. Please contact our support team to check if shipping is available to your specific international destination.
